异步电动机直接转矩控制系统中的定子电阻估计

摘要 实现高性能直接转矩控制的重要环节是准确地观测异步电动机的定子磁链,而在基于电压模型的磁链观测器中,定子电阻是一个需要精确给定的参数。但因温度等因素影响,定子电阻在运行过程中是一个变量。现提出一种基于PI调节器的定子电阻估计器,可根据定子电流追踪定子电阻变化,从而推算出定子电阻估计值,并由此计算定子磁链和转矩。仿真结果表明,该算法可在线实时估计电阻变化,能有效提高直接转矩控制系统的低速性能。 The key segment of high performance in Direct Torque Control ( DTC ) is accurate stator flux estimation. The stator resistance is a precise parameter used in stator flux estimator based on voltage model. It also is a variabie of some running conditions such as temperature. This paper proposes a stator resistance estimator based on PI regulator, which tracks actual stator resistance according to stator current, and calculates estimated stator resistance, stator flux and torque. Simulation results show a significant improvement in low speed performances of DTC.
