摘要
首先分析了晶闸管整流设备的功率因数,论述了提高功率因数的措施,其中包括采用较小的控制角运行,降低畸变系数与减少换相重叠角。然后从合理选择整流设备与正确使用维护设备两方面叙述了提高晶闸管整流设备运行效率的措施。所有这些措施在实用中收到了良好的节能效果。
First power factor of the silicon rectifying equipment was analyzed, measures of increasing power factou was discussed, therein included to adopt lesser control angle work, to depress distortion factor and to decrease phase conversion overlap angle. Then from in reasonable selection of rectifying equipment and precise use maintenance of the equipment both side, measures of to increase silicon revtfying equipment'work effciency was depicted. All these measures at practical use gained favorable energy = saving effect.
