摘要
为了解决粘胶纤维生产原料来源不足,充分利用大麻杆芯制备粘胶纤维,以大麻杆芯粘胶纤维为研究对象,采用扫描电镜、X射线等测试方法对其结构与性能进行探讨。测试结果表明:纤维素、木质素及四氢大麻酚之间可能形成复杂的碳水化合物复合体;大麻杆芯粘胶纤维的结晶度高于普通粘胶纤维,但它们都属于纤维素Ⅱ晶型结构;大麻杆芯粘胶纤维的力学拉伸性能略优于普通粘胶纤维;大麻杆芯粘胶纤维具有优良的抗菌性。
For solving the problem of raw material shortage of viscose fiber production and making full use of hemp xyloid stem, the structure and properties of hemp xyloid stem based viscose fiber were discussed by using advanced testing instruments such as SEM and X-ray analyzer. The test results reveal that the cellulose, lignin and tetrahydrocannabinol of the hemp xyloid stem based viscose fiber may react reciprocally and form complicated carbohydrate complex. The degree of crystallinity of hemp xyloid stem based viscose fiber is better than that of the regular viscose staple fiber and the crystal type of two viscose fibers is still cellulose Ⅱ in monoclinic system. The elongation property of the hemp xyloid stem based viscose fiber is a litter better than that of the regular viscose staple fiber. The hemp xyloid stem based viscose fiber has good antibacterial property.
