化学水浴沉积法制备硫化锌薄膜研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 硫化锌薄膜是重要的半导体光电材料。分析了化学水浴沉积法制备硫化锌薄膜的原理与机制,重点阐述了制备过程的影响因素及工艺的优化。简要介绍了采用该工艺制备的硫化锌薄膜在Cu(In,Ga)Se2薄膜太阳电池方面的应用。最后指出硫化锌薄膜作为一种性能优良、制备成本低廉、对环境友好的功能薄膜材料具有良好的应用前景。 Zinc sulphide (ZnS) thin film is an important photoelectric semiconductor material. Analyzed the preparation principle and mechanism of ZnS by chemical bath deposition method. Expounded the influencing factors of the preparation process and the process optimization in detail. Briefly introduced the application of ZnS thin films prepared by chemical bath deposition in Cu(In Ga)Se2 thin -film solar cells. Finally,pointed out that chemical bath deposited ZnS thin film as a kind of functional thin - film material has a good application prospect due to its good performance, low cost and environmental benignancy.
