摘要
提出了一种制备无水氯化铟的简易方法。以纯度为99.99%的金属铟和盐酸为原料,以环己烷为脱水剂,采用有机物共煮沸法脱除四水合氯化铟中的结晶水制得无水氯化铟。实验结果表明:该方法克服了传统制备方法对温度控制严格、设备复杂、产率低、污染较严重等缺点,进而表现出新方法实验装置简单、操作易行、反应时间短、氯化铟的产率高(可达90%以上)的特点。
A simple method of preparing anhydrous indium chloride was introduced. Anhydrous indium trichloride has been prepared by adopting boiling method with organic matter to remove the crystal water of indium chloride tetrahydrate, with the metal indium with the purity of 99.99% and hydrochloric acid as raw materials ,cyclohexane as dehydrating agent. The experimental results showed that: the new method overcame the shortcomings of the traditional preparation methods, such as strict temperature control, complex equipment, low yield and serious pollution etc.. It is characterized by easy operation, accessible equipment, short reaction time and high yield of indium trichloride etc. , which can reach more than 90%.
