提高翁泉沟硼铁矿反应活性的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对碳碱法加工翁泉沟硼铁矿生产硼砂过程中存在的矿石活性低等问题,通过添加复合添加剂对硼铁矿进行活化焙烧,用常压碱解率评价焙烧矿的反应活性,分别考察了复合添加剂用量、焙烧温度以及焙烧时间对翁泉沟硼铁矿反应活性的影响。研究结果表明,加入复合添加剂进行钠化焙烧能够明显提高硼铁矿的碳碱法的反应活性。适宜的工艺条件为:复合添加剂的加入量为原矿质量的19%,焙烧温度为950℃,焙烧时间为2 h。在该工艺条件下,硼铁矿反应活性达到了93.16%。 In this paper, with respect to the low reactive activity of ludwigite from Wengquangou for the manufacture of borax by the CO2 - soda process, a kind of composite additive was employed for the calcination of ludwigite. The reactive activity of calcined ludwigite can be evaluated by the alkaline hydrolysis ratio at atmospheric pressure. The effects of composite additive dosage,calcining temperature and calcining time on the reactive activity of calcined ludwigite were studied respectively. The results showed that the reactive activity of calcined ludwigite in the CO2 - soda process was obviously increased after the sodium activated calcination by using the composite additive. The optimum process conditions were that the composite additive quantity was 19% by weight of original mineral,calcining temperature 950 ℃ and calcining time 2 h. The reactive activity of calcined ludwigite from Wengquangou reached 93.16%.
