摘要
本文介绍了高119m,35层的福州世界金龙大度,采用高强混凝土,26层标准层楼板采用无粘结预应力平板,打入式预制桩送桩深度12m左右,桩筏底板埋设测试元件。实测结果表明,利用软土地基桩土共同作用,桩间土可承担总荷载5%,但其强度不宜超过土的临塑强度。
This paper presents the structural design of World Jinlong Building in Fuzhou, which is a 35-story building of 119 meters high. High strenght concrete is utilized in superstructure, and unbond-ed prestress reinfored concrete flat slab is applied for 26 typical floors. The driven piles are followed to about 12 meters deep, the sensors are embedded in the foundation mat. The results show that con-sidering the pile-soil interaction in soft soil, the soil can bear about 5% of total loads, however, the stress of the soil must be less than its critical strength.
