锚杆静压桩在工联大厦基础工程中的应用

Application of the Press-in Pile with Anchor Rods in the Foundation Work of Gong-Lian Building

工联大厦工程位于上海市闹市中心，其工程施工场地非常狭小，桩基础外包线内的面积仅为地上部分平面面积的56％，桩基施工方法受到很多限制。工联大厦基础工程选用了锅杆静压拉，实践证明描杆静压极可以用于一些高层建筑的基础，特别对上海闹市区的城市建设和改造具有一定的参考价值。

The foundation work of Gong-Lian Building, located in the downtown of Shanghai, encoun-tered some difficult conditions that the construction site is very small, the area of the pile-envelope is only about 56% of that of ground floor. The construction period is required as short as possible, and the settlement of the building should be less than a certain value to reduce its harmful effects on the neighbor huildings and the Metro near hy. Because of its characters, the press-in pile with anchor rods was applied in the foundation work of Gong-Lian building to overeome those difficulties mentioned above. This foundation work shows that the press-in pile with anchor rods is suitable for the founda-tions of some tall buildings. This experience is also very useful for the construction and reform works in the downtown district of Shanghai.
