Developing Ecological Civilization to Promote Scientific Development

胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中谈到全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的新要求时提出,要建设生态文明。本文在阐释了生态文明的涵义、我国建设生态文明的紧迫性问题后,进一步探讨了我国建设生态文明的途径。

General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out that we should promote conservation culture when he refered to the new demand of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in the report of the 17th national congress of CPC. After explaining the conception of conservation culture and the pressing problems of promoting conservation culture in China , this article gradully brought forward the routes of promoting conservation culture in our country.
