摘要
为探讨一次逐增强度运动血氨(BA)、血乳酸(BLa)浓度变化规律,旨在研究它们是否可以敏感的应用于监测不同强度的运动性疲劳。方法是对31名男性大学生进行渐增负荷运动,测量安静时、每一负荷后及恢复期心率(HR)、吸氧量(VO2)、BLA、BA。结果显示:渐增负荷运动中HR、VO2、BLa、BA都有显著上升的现象;各级负荷时的BA浓度都与安静时浓度呈显著或非常显著差异;当BLa为2 mmol/L时BA浓度为33.8umol/L,BLa为4 mmol/L时BA浓度为40.1 umol/L,低强度负荷时BA先于BLA出现明显的堆积。提示:监测较低强度的运动BA比BLa更为敏感;BLa结合BA指标能更科学的反映运动强度。
Blood ammonia (BA) and blood lactate (BLa) concentration during exercise at gradual intensities has been studied in the present paper. Tile purpose of the study is to investigate whether they can be used as an index to evaluate exercise-induced fatigue. Thirty-one male university students undertake an increasing load exercise test on the treadmill. Heart rate (HR), oxygen uptake (VO2) , blood lactate (BLa) and BA are measured pre exercise and post exercise of each intensity. The results show that HR, VO2, BLa and BA go up with the intensity increase during the exercise test. There is a significant difference for BA concentration between the resting value and the value at each intensity. BLa concentration of 2.0 and 4.0 mmol/L corresponded to BA concentration of 33.8 and 40.1 umol/L respectively. It can be realized that BA is more sensitive than BLa to reflect the changes of exercise intensity because BA accumulation appears earlier during the exercise test. BLa with BA will have more scientific merits to indicate exercise intensity.
