摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等多种方法在2005年国家体育总局开展的《全国体育系统人才状况调研数据成果的综合开发及利用研究》的基础上,对全国体育系统体育竞赛组织人才队伍的状况及对策进行进一步的研究,并利用全国体育系统人才状况调研数据成果进行综合开发和利用,为体育系统人才战略的实施提供理论依据;完善全国各级体育人才系统数据库建设和为2008北京奥运会的顺利召开提供现实理论依据;同时,也为全国体育系统"十一五"体育竞赛组织人才队伍建设规划提供现实依据及决策依据。
In this paper we adopt various kinds of methods including literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis . On the base of the national project“the study on how to develop and use the national physical system talents survey data” held by General Administration of Sport in 2005, we make further study on situation and countermeasure of national sport competition talents. Based on the support of national sport system talents survey data, we can offer a theoretical basis for sport system talents strategy, perfect the construction of the system data and make full theoretical preparation for 2008 Olympic game. This paper also can be a consolation for national sport system' s the 11th Five Year Plan of completion organization talents.
