便携式多功能冰刀研磨机的研制

Study of The Multi-function Portable Ice Skates Grinding Machine

为了解决磨冰刀工作量大、质量难以保证的难题,综合利用机械原理及机械加工手段对现有的磨刀机进行了进一步的研究,研制了便携式多功能冰刀研磨机。叙述了该磨冰刀机的结构、特点及其工作原理。实际使用结果表明,该磨冰刀机具有具有操作简单、磨后的冰刀刃标准精确、多功能、工作效率高、便于携带等优点。该磨冰刀机对我国冰上项目开展与提高具有深远意义。

To solve the problems of grinding ice skates workload and difficult ensure the quality, the mechanical principles and mechanical methods are comprehensive used to study the existing machine further more. Based on this, the multi-function portable ice skates grinding machine is developed. Then the structure, characteristics and working principle of this machine are presented. The actual use results show that this machine has many merits, such as easy to operate, high precision of the grinded blade, multi-function, high work efficiency, easy to carry on and so on. This ice skate grinding machine has farreaching significance on enhancing and developing ice project of our country.
