颅内动脉瘤影像诊断的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 颅内动脉瘤是颅内动脉的局限性病理扩张,居脑血管意外患者病因中的第3位,是蛛网膜下腔出血的最常见原因。颅内动脉瘤的人群发病率为3.6%~6%不等,它的形成是遗传学、血流动力学以及后天退行性变等多种因素综合作用的结果。85%的囊状颅内动脉瘤发生在Willis环,前交通动脉占30%~35%,后交通动脉起始处及附近颈内动脉占30%,大脑中动脉占22%。
