狙击跨国巨头的“本土杀手”

摘要 波士顿对全球范围的'本土杀手'进行了一个研究和解析,他们制作了'BCG本土50强巨擎企业'榜单,杀手们大多来自于中国、印度、巴西等,杀手们是由新一代雄心勃勃的管理层领导的富有活力的私营企业。最关键的是,这些本土巨擘更擅长赢得复杂市场。 More and more MNCs have failed in the emerging markets.Yahoo and eBay made little real progress in China and many western automobile manufacturers found it difficult to set up their business in lndia.NEC and Panasonic quitted mobile business in China and Japanese retailer Yaohan abandoned its management in China. All these phenomena resulted from local dynamos-RDE-based companies.BCG conducted a survey on these local killers,and released the report entitled The BCG 50 Local Dynamos.According to the report,these new killers are mostly from emerging markets like China,India and Brazil,and they are vigorous private companies run by new generation managers. BCG also concludes six key success factors of why local dynamos can win the home market:Customizing local need,Devising innovative business models that overcome local challenges,Leveraging the latest technologies,Benefiting from low-cost labor and overcoming shortages of skilled labor,Scaling up fast,Sustaining long-term hyper growth without imploding.
