摘要 研究了遮光和无土栽培方式对红葱生长及品质的影响。结果表明,在水培和沙培两种栽培方式下,遮光处理均使红葱株高、单株叶数增加,但降低红葱生物学产量、假茎质量百分比、假茎长百分比和VC含量、可溶性糖含量。遮光和自然光两种栽培条件下,水培红葱的生物学产量、株高、单株叶数、VC含量、可溶性蛋白含量、硝酸盐含量都要高于沙培。 The effects of shading and soilless culture patterns on the growth and quality of bunching onion were studied. The results showed that in hydroponics culture and sandy culture, shading treatment can increase plant height and leaf number of per plant, but reduce the yield and the contents of VC and soluble sugar. Under two cultivation conditions of shading and natural light, the yield, plant height, leaf number per plant, the contents of VC, soluble protein and nitrate of bunching onion in hydroponics culture are higher than that in sandy culture.
