摘要
利用皮尔森相关分析及分层回归分析方法,研究了项目团队的领导行为与知识共享的相关性。实发问卷150份,回收120份,有效问卷110份。结果发现:当团队领导者的行为是奖惩分明,则会使得团队成员较愿意进行知识共享;当团队领导者对下属采取工作导向及人际导向时,也会提高团队成员的知识共享程度。
In this paper,A research has been carried out on the relationship between leadership behavior and knowledge sharing by using Pearson's Product- Moment Correlation and Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The subjects of Given out questionnaires of 150 copies and received 120 copies. There are effective questionnaires of 110 copies. The result of the research has found out:When the leader of a team deals with the behavior of their subordinates by giving reward and punishment distinctly , it will make employees more willing to do knowledge sharing. When the leader of a team adopts "work oriented"and"interpersonal oriented", it can also affect conduct of employees' knowledge sharing.
