从业人员工作违规因素的系统分类及最优激励制度设计--以导游违规行为为例

摘要 以导游违规行为为例,按照与导游违规的关联关系,对导游违规行为因素进行了系统分类,将违规因素划分为系统性因素、管理性因素、信息性因素,由此提出了解决导游违规的基本思路。然后提出了解决违规问题的激励机制设计问题,建立了问题的线性规划模型,给出了最优激励机制。最后探讨了制度建设问题,引入了新的激励约束变量。 Taking the misconduct, of tour guide as example, this paper makes systemic taxonomy on the factors which causes the misconduct of tour guide and thus presents the essential approaches and the incentive mechanism, on the problem according to the association relation to the misconduct. Also it builds up a linear programming model, gives an optimal incentive mechanism. It discnsses the system construction problem and gives new incentive constraint variables in the end.
