摘要
促进企业加大R&D投入需要了解企业R&D的动力。从系统的角度,构建了企业R&D投入的动力模型。认为,企业R&D的动力来自内外部多个方面,其内在驱动因素有利益驱动、企业家精神和企业文化。外部因素主要有科学技术、社会需要或市场需求、市场竞争和政府政策等。在内在动力中,利益驱动是最根本的推动力。在外部动力中,市场需求是最根本的推动力。
This paper puts forward a driving model in enterprise's R&D investment from the angle of system. This paper thinks that the driving comes from many factors of inside and outside of the enterprise. The driving factors of inside include interest attraction, entrepreneur spirit and enterprise's culture. The outside's driving factors include science & technology, society demand or market demand, market competition and the government's policy. Among the inside factors, the interest attraction is the moot fundamental one. And market demand is the moot fundamental one in the outside.
