摘要
为了促进中国避灾硐室的发展,对国外避灾硐室的应用进行浅析是必要的。论文首先简要介绍了避灾硐室在国外的应用情况,然后从避灾硐室的设计、避灾硐室的内部设备、仪器和功能方面进行了阐述,最后提出了避灾硐室在中国的应用前景。
