摘要
采用水溶液聚合法,以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸聚氧乙烯酯(BE)合成了一系列阴离子型P(AA-BE)高分子脱墨剂。考察了其最佳合成工艺,并研究了该产品与非离子型表面活性剂复配应用效果。结果表明,当n(AA)∶n(BE)=4∶1,聚合温度为80℃,w(APS)=2.5%时,可达最佳脱墨效果;P(AA-BE)与AEO-9复配可取得较佳效果,当m[P(AA-BE)]∶m(AEO-9)=2∶1,用量0.2%(其他助剂一定)时,废旧报纸纸张白度可达65.3%,残余油墨量仅为198.3 mg/kg。
A series of anionic poly ( acrylic acid- polyoxyethylene acrylate) [ P (AA-BE) ] deinking agents were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and polyoxyethylene acrylate (BE). The synthesis process was optimized. The combined performance of P (AA-BE) deinking agent with nonionic surfactants was investigated. It was found that the best deinking effect can be obtained when the preparation conditions of the P(AA-BE) was as follows: n(AA) : n(BE) =4 : 1; w(APS) =2.5%; reaction temperature=80 ℃. The P(AA-BE) shows better performance when used together with AEO-9. When m [ P (AA-BE) ] : m (AEO-9) = 2 : 1 and P(AA-BE) is 0.2%; the whiteness can be reached as 61.3% and the residual ink concentration is only 198.3 mg/kg.
