摘要
根据机翼结构变形控制中主动控制的设计思想和形状记忆合金(SMA)弹簧的特性,设计了一种新型的SMA弹簧动作器,将其应用到机翼骨架结构中。利用ADAMS软件对机翼主动控制进行仿真,对驱动位置进行优化设计。仿真结果表明:该设计实现了机翼骨架结构的主动变形控制,减轻了结构的重量,为无人机的主动控制设计提供了一种新的方法。
The paper introduces the design idea of initiative controlling in the wing structure deformation control and the characteristics of SMA spring. The paper goes to address the design of a new SMA spring actuator to the framework of wings. The method consists of using ADAMS to simulate initiative control of the wing structure then optimizing the drive location. The simulation and test show that the SMA spring actuator can allow the initiative control of the wing structure deformation, and reduce the weigh of structure greatly. It offers a new method for initiative control design of UAV structure.
