摘要
亚硫酸铵的氧化对氨法脱硫技术具有重要的工业意义,文章以硫酸钴为催化剂,通过鼓泡反应器对亚硫酸铵的氧化反应进行了研究。实验结果表明:亚硫酸铵的氧化率随其浓度的增加而降低,随着硫酸钴浓度,氧气浓度和温度的升高而提高。当亚硫酸铵浓度为0.5 mol/L时,反应速率对亚硫酸铵是0级反应。同时,溶液pH为7时,氧化反应速率达到最快。
The reaction between 02 and (NH4)2SO3 is of great industrial importance in desulfurization by ammonia absorption process. Hence, the paper investigated the oxidation of (NH4)2SO3 catalyzed by COSO4 in the bubble reactor. As a consequence, the conversion of (NH4):SO3 decreased with the growth of (NH4)2SO3 concentration and increased with Co^2+ concentration, O2 concentration and temperature; Furthermore, when (NH4)2SO3 concentration was 0.5 mol/L, the reaction rate was lound to be zero order with respect to sulfite. Meanwhile, when pH was 7, the reaction rate was fastest.
