摘要
在浓氢氧化钠作用下,聚氯乙烯与吡啶作用合成了聚氯乙烯-吡啶树脂,测定了其元素组成和红外光谱,并考察了其在酯水解反应中的催化活性。研究表明,该树脂在稀碱溶液中起到良好的相转移催化作用;同时其发挥相转移催化作用的能力与其含氮量有关,即含氮量高,其季铵碱的活性中心多,相转移催化能力强;另外,该树脂具有一般高分子催化剂的活性,能够重复使用多次,且其活性下降很慢。
PVC-Pyridine resin was prepared by the reaction of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with pyridine in the presence of concentrated sodium hydroxide. Elementary composition and IR spectra of the PVC-pyridine resin were investigated. The catalytic activity of PVC-pyridine resin in ester hydrolytic reaction was studied. The studies indicated that the resin had a good catalysis of phase transfer, at the same time, the catalytic capacity of resin was related to the amoumt of nitrogen, namely, when the amount of nitrogen was high, the activity center of quaternary ammonium base was more, resulting in the strong catalytic capacity of phase transfer. In addition, the resin had a catalytic activity of a general polymer, and it could be reused, at the same time, its catalytic activity was reduced slowly.
