国内液体聚丁二烯产品加工工艺综述

Summarization of the National Processing Technics of Liquid Polymerization Butadiene

文章对液体聚丁二烯生产工艺进行了综述,在不同的生产条件及生产工艺下,单体丁二烯可以生成结构不同的液体聚丁二烯产品——1,2-LPB及1,4-LPB,其中催化剂、溶剂、终止剂等因素对产物的结构质量影响很大,由于受到工程技术、市场等方面的问题制约,国内LPB产品向规模化及品牌多元化发展。

The technics of LPB was summarized in the paper. 1,2-LPB and 1,4-LPB could be made of monomer butadiene in difference conditions and technics. The production＇s structure was affected by the sort of katalysts, solvents and etc at the same time. Its scale and classes was stricted by the engineering technology and the market of LPB in China.
