摘要
SOD在维持生物体内O-2.产生与消除的动态平衡中起着重要的作用,其小分子模拟化合物的研究一直受到重视,文章合成了一种模拟SOD的锰配合物,应用X射线衍射方法测定了其晶体结构,并对它们进行了红外光谱图、紫外光谱图表征,最后利用邻苯三酚自氧化法进行了生物活性检测。
SOD is very important in keeping the condensation of O2, and the study of small molecu minics is always noticed. In the paper, Superoxide Dismutase O2 was analyzed, and minic were made by IR and UV characterization. The minic structure of the complex(C24H40Cl5MnN5O2)was determinted by X-ray diffraction. At last, the ability of minics to scavenge by means of pyrogallol autoxidation was tested.
