摘要
化学品广泛用于国民经济各行业以及人民群众日常生活，影响到社会的各个方面。但我国在化学品管理方面法律法规不健全，环境管理有时无法可依。本文为更好地完善我国化学品的管理法规，提出了一些立法建议。
Chemicals are widely used in many ways of national economy and people＇s life. And it influences all respects of the society. In China, Concerning law of Chemicals management is not perfect, environmental management sometimes has no laws to abide by. In order to perfect management rules in our country, some legislative suggestion are proposed in this paper.
