摘要
针对电力企业的物资管理,我们最为关心的问题是如何对供应商进行管理使其在配送效率满足订货要求。本文在研究了大量国内外相关文献和调研我国电力物资配送实际情况的基础上,提出了电力物资直达配送绩效评价方法,并对该方法进行了详解。
To the handing of goods and materials of electric enterprises, the question that we care about is how to manage supplier to make it meet the order requirement in efficiency of providing and delivering. This text is on the basis of studying.
