Procurement of quality raw materials is the prerequisite and foundation of production enterprises producing high-quality products, in this paper. Discussed the procurement of raw materials enterprises in the process of how to conduct quality control methods,from the area of the classification from raw materials management, classification and evaluation and selection of qualified suppliers and strengthen the acceptance before depositing control, strict management, and other aspects.
