鼻咽癌组织中Bcl-2和Bax的表达与放疗敏感性的关系

摘要 目的研究鼻咽癌组织中Bcl-2及Bax的蛋白表达与放疗敏感性的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测52例放疗前鼻咽癌活检组织中Bcl-2和Bax的表达。结果C组Bcl-2／Bax比值为（1．52±0．20），低于A组（1．71±0．26），两组差异有统计学意义。结论Bcl-2／Bax比值在一定程度上是反映鼻咽癌放射敏感性和预测鼻咽癌放疗效果的重要指标，而不能单独应用Bcl-2和Bax作为判断鼻咽癌放疗敏感性的指标。
