摘要
以三氟化硼乙醚络合物为催化剂,对抽余C_9聚合制备石油树脂进行了实验研究。探讨了催化剂添加量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对聚合反应的影响,得到了软化点大于100℃,收率大于80%的树脂样品。
Experimental study was made on preparation of petroleum resin through polymerization of raffinate C9 with boron trifluoride ether complex as catalyst. The optimal process conditions for polymerization reaction were concluded: catalyst dosage 2%, reaction temperature 110 ~ 120℃ and reaction time 4h. After reaction, solvent need to be added for water scrubbing. The resin gained through reaction under optimal process conditions has a softening point of over 100℃ and yield of over 80% .
