DPOAE在新生儿听力筛查中的应用体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨畸变产物耳生发射(DPOAE)应用于新生儿听力筛查的常规方法、特殊技巧和体会。方法通过采用畸变产物耳生发射(DPOAE)对7435人次新生儿及婴儿行听力筛查,其中初筛5269人次,复筛2166人次。总结出常规操作方法,特殊技巧(安抚婴儿的方法,电耳镜的使用,放置耳塞的方法)。并且阐述了筛查出现假阳性和假阴性所带来的弊端,如何降低假阳率和假阴率。
