摘要 目的:建立碰撞池ICP-MS测定高盐度样品如食盐、调味品和尿液中的Cr、V、As和Se的分析方法。方法:样品经稀释或消化后用ICP—MS进行分析,用耐高盐接口(Xi接口)降低非质谱干扰,用砰撞/反应池技术消除质谱干扰。结果:仪器的检出限为1.2~10ng/L.精密度优于5.3%,回收率为96.0%-105%,对3个标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。结论:可以采用ICP-MS碰撞池技术测定食盐、海水、调味品和尿液中的Cr、V、As和Se,整个方法检出限低,并且简单、快速和准确.适用于实验室日常分析。 Objective:To develop a accuracy method to determine As,Se,Cr and V in salt,condiment, and urine by collision cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods:After dilution or digestion, the samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry using collision cell technology and Xi interface to eliminate mass spectroscopic and non - spectroscopic interference. Results:The detection limit was 1.2 - 10 ng/L, the RSD was better than 5.3% ;recoveries were 96. 0% - 105% and the results of analyzing standard reference materiel were satisfactory. Conclusion:This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can determine trace elements in salt, condiment and urine.
