摘要
目的:建立保健食品中的12种有机溶剂残留量同时测定的方法。方法:采用顶空进样毛细管柱气相色谱法,测定了保健食品中正己烷、环己烷、丙酮、四氢呋喃、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、异丙醇、乙醇、苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇12种有机溶剂残留量,以N.N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,色谱柱为CPWAX58CB毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),检测器为F1D。结果:各有机溶剂色谱的分离度均大于1.5,线性关系良好(r〉0.99),平均回收率为95.1%~103.2%.RSD为1.4%~4.7%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便准确,灵敏度高,适用于保健食品中有机溶剂残留量的同时测定。
Objective:To establish a determination method for 12 kinds of residual organic solvents in health food simultaneously. Methods:The concentrations of 12 kinds of residual organic solvents including n - hexane, cyclohexane, acetone, tetra- hydrofuran, ethyl acetate, methanol, iso - propanol, thanol, benzene, toluene, butylacetate, n - butanol in health food were determined by headspacecapillary gas chromatography with CP WAX 58CB column (30 m ×0. 32 mm×0. 25 μm) and a solvent of N,N - dimethylformamide, a detector of FID. Results: These 12 kinds of residual organic solvents were separated effectively. There was a good linearity (r 〉0. 99), the average recovery rate was in the range of 95.1% - 103.2%, the RSD of precision was less than 5%. Conclusion :The method is simple, accurate and of high sensitivity. It is suitable for the determination of 12 kinds of residual organic solvents in health food simultaneously.
