摘要 目的:建立韭菜中五氯硝基苯的气相色谱分析方法。方法:韭菜样品用丙酮/正己烷(1+1,v/v)均质提取,用浓硫酸净化,采用DB-1701毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测。结果:本方法测定韭菜中五氯硝基苯,在5~150ng/ml浓度范围内,线性回归方程Y=268.4X-53.2,相关系数r=0.9994,线性回归良好;回收率87.6%~92.2%,相对标准偏差小于4.9%,该方法的检出限为0.5μg/kg。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏,同时具有良好的回收率和重现性。 Objective:To establish a simple, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of pentachloronitrobenzene residue in leek by gas chromatography. Methods: Pentachloronitrobenzene residue was extracted with acetone/hexane ( 1 + 1, v/ v) and partitioned with hexane. The extract was cleaned up with H2SO4, separated on a DB - 1701 column, detected by a micro electron capture detection. Results:The linear range was 5.0 ~ 150.0 ng/ml and the limit of quantification was 0.50 μg/kg for pentachloronitrobenzene. The extraction recoveries were between 87. 6%~ 92. 2% and the RSD was less than 4. 9%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and sensitive with satisfactory recoveries and reproducibility.
