摘要
目的:以稻壳灰为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备负载TiO2复合吸附剂。方法:对其结构进行X-射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜表征,探讨其用于含Cr6+废水的处理。结果:在常温下,对于初始浓度为50 mg/L的含铬废水,pH值在较宽范围内,投加量为6 g/L时,去除率可达到85%左右。结论:处理效果高于普通活性炭吸附法,处理后的水质达到了国家排放标准。
Objective: The photo catalysts of TiO2 Nan particles coated on rice husk ash were prepared by the sol -gel method. Methods :They were characterized by XRD and TEM. The photo catalysts degradation of the pollutants in waste water of chromium. Results: If the content of the Cr( Ⅵ ) in waste water was 50 mg/L with the titanic as adsorbent, the removal rate of Cr ( Ⅵ) reached 85%, which is obviously higher than using active carbon adsorbent. Conclusion :The effluent quality meets Nation- al Discharge Standard. The adsorbing mechanism is also studied preliminarily.
