摘要
目的:探索一种能够缩短加热煮沸时间和使显色结果更稳定的游泳池水中尿素测定方法。方法:通过加入不同浓度的K2SO4溶液;改变沸水浴温度;改变沸水浴时间分别实验,查找在显色反应时间最短,显色结果最完全、最稳定时K2SO4溶液的浓度,沸水浴的温度和时间。结果:实验证明在加入30 g/L K2SO4溶液2.0 ml,保持水浴沸水剧烈沸腾,水浴时间35 min就能够达到满意的显色效果。结论:本方法用于测定游泳池水中尿素简单?灵敏?快速?准确,结果符合要求,是一种好的方法。
Objective:To explore a method to determine the urea in the swimming pool water which is able to reduce the heating boiling time and make the colored effect stabler. Methods:By adding different densities of K2 SO4, changing the temperature of the boiling water bath and changing the boiling water bath time to experiment separately,we search the density of K2SO4 ,the tem- perature and the time of the boiling water bath when the color reaction time was the shortest, the colored effect was the most complete and the stablest. Results:The experiment proved that we can achieve a satisfying colored effect if we take bath for 30 minutes in the swimming pool of which we add 30 g/L of 2.0 ml K2SO4 and maintain the water bath temperature at acute seethe. Conclusion :This is a good method used in determining the urea of the water in the swimming pool for it is simple, sensitive, fast and accurate and conforms to the requirement.
