摘要
目的:了解增菌液增菌过程pH值变化与水产品中霍乱弧菌检出的关系。方法:向10份水产品中加入一定量的Eltor小川血清型霍乱弧菌,并按国标方法检测水产品增菌前后霍乱弧菌的菌落数,以观察增菌过程中增菌液pH值变化对霍乱弧菌检出的影响。结果:水产品检测时,增菌液pH值有较大降低(9.2~5.7),部分已超过霍乱弧菌可繁殖的pH值范围(6.0—9.2)。经37℃、8h增菌后,增菌液有明显的增菌效果。结论:增菌液的pH值变化并未影响水产品中霍乱弧菌的检出。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between the change of pH value of enrichment fluid and detection of Vibrio cholera from water product. Methods:By adding quantification E1 -Tor biotype Vibrio cholera O1 ogawa into ten samples and detecting the change of cholera colonies, number and influence of the change of pH value of enrichment fluid Vibrio cholera from wa- ter products, the experiment was conducted using the method of GB. Results: When detecting the Vibrio cholera in water products, the pH value of the enrichment fluid, which is normally between 6. 0 and 9. 2, has reduced greatly ( from 9. 2 to 5.7 ). After eight hours, enrichment at 37℃, the enrichment fluid had definite effect. Conclusion :The detection of Vibrio cholera doesn't re- duce due to the reduction of pH value of the enrichment fluid.
