早发与迟发2型糖尿病患者有关生化指标的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨早发与迟发2型糖尿病患者有关生化指标的变化。方法:将113例2型糖尿病的患者分为早发组和迟发组,比较两组之间及与对照组之间空腹葡萄糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯等的差异。结果:与对照组比较,糖尿病组的空腹葡萄糖、甘油三酯均增高(P<0.05),胰岛素、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均降低(P<0.05);早发组的空腹葡萄糖高于迟发组(P<0.05),早发组的胰岛素和C肽均低于迟发组(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者易出现血脂代谢异常,越早发病胰岛β细胞功能异常程度可能更严重。 Objective: To compare the changes of the biochemical indicators of the patients with early - and late - onset type 2 diabetes. Methods:A total of 131 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into early - and late - onset groups and the biochemical indicators including glucose, lipids, insulin were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the normal con- trois, glucose and TG of the patients with type 2 diabetes were higher( P 〈 0. 05 ) and HDL - C and insulin lower( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Compared with the patients with late -onset type 2 diabetes, glucose of the patients with early - onset 2 diabetes were higher(P 〈 0. 05 ) and insulin and c - peptide lower( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Lipid metabolism disturbance may commonly exist in the pa- tients with type 2 diabetes, and the more younger the patients are, the more serious the islet cell dysfunction may be.
