摘要
风机是转炉煤气净化回收系统中重要的动力中枢。介绍了以西门子S7-200PLC为核心构建的转炉煤气风机运行监控系统,并通过Profibus总线为上位机S7-300提供风机实时数据。系统运行证明,该系统运行可靠,满足了转炉煤气风机安全运行的控制要求。
Blower is the most important power centre in the purification and recovery system for converter gas.This paper introduces the monitoring system of the blower, that is be made up of s7-200 plc and HMI,and it can transmit real-time data to the master device by the Profibus-DP network.having been ratified,this system is reliable can meet the requirement of the control.
