本文提出了策略性公交客运需求预测方法．该方法强调了公交需求预测应在城市公共交通的发展策略指导下进行，并引入了供应和需求相互作用、相互平衡的机制，从而体现了公共交通发展策略既引导又保证未来公交客运需求的思想．

A strategic transit demand forecasting method is put forward in this paper. In this method, the guidancc of city transit dcvelopment strategy to transit demand forecasting is emphasized, and a mechanism that reflects the interaction and equilibrium between supply and demand is also introduced, so the effect of the guidance and insurance of city transit development strategy on transit demand is embodied.
