Constructing the Planning Theory and Method of Urban Express Road System

城市快速道路作为未来城市快速交通发展取向的主体和城市路网结构的骨架，随着近年的建设起步，倍受政府部门和规划界的广泛重视．但在快速道路系统的规划上只有明确的技术标准，缺乏行之有效的规划理论与方法．本文从城市发展规划和城市交通两个角度分析了快速道路的功能作用与影响的主要因素，提出了交通区域划分的规划理论与方法．

Urban express road is now paid more and more attention by governments and planning circle bccause that it will bccome the main body of ftture urban exprcss traffic system and become the frame of structure of urban road network. However, there is only cIear technique standards in planning express road systems, lacking of effective planning theory and method.From two angles of urban developmcnt planning and urban traffic, this paper analyzes the function of express road and main influence aspccts, and points out the planning theory and method of traffic regional division.
