摘要
油气田设备的CO2腐蚀破坏经常表现为局部腐蚀,而腐蚀产物膜是腐蚀速率和腐蚀形态的决定因素。综述了油气田CO2腐蚀形式、腐蚀机理、腐蚀产物膜的形成过程、局部腐蚀的诱因及动力增长机理。由于现场的实际腐蚀是多种因素综合作用的结果,室内试验模拟条件的局限性使得目前的试验数据与实际的腐蚀结果还有较大的差距。采用更为先进的试验设备,结合数值模拟和理论分析,将是今后CO2腐蚀研究的趋势。
Localized corrosion is the basic pattern of CO2 corrosion of oil and gas devices. Corrosion film is the determinative factor for corrosion rate and corrosion pattern. The pattern and mechanism of CO2 corrosion, formation and destroy of corrosion film, the development mecha- nism of localized corrosion are summarized in this paper. Because the practical corrosion on-site is resulted from combined action of many elements, the limitations of simulated condition in laboratory make that present experimental data can't completely accord with practical corrosion situations. The research tendency of the CO2 corrosion is using more advanced experimental apparatus combined with numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.
