摘要
通过对钻机制动工况与盘式刹车特性的讨论,分析了下放及静悬工况下的下放力矩和配备盘式刹车时各刹车力矩的计算方法。以ZJ40型钻机为例,计算了钻机的下放力矩和盘式刹车的制动力矩,供设计制造时参考。
Based on the study of breaking operation for rig and performance of disc break system, an analysis was done for the moment of down and static working condition, and the calculation for breaking moment of configured disc breaking system. Taking ZJ40 rig as an example, the cal- culation was done for down moment of rig and breaking moment of disc breaking, which is a ref-erence for design and manufacture.
