摘要
介绍了浅海隔水管的特点;通过分析不同土质对桩的摩阻力,分析了桩的横向和侧向承载能力;根据隔水管的实际情况,用ANSYS软件建立了隔水管的有限元分析模型,将隔水管单元和水泥单元统一选为PIPE16、土壤弹簧单元选为COMBIN39,给出了边界条件和载荷的施加方法;实例计算了胜利油田垦东47井隔水管受船体撞击产生16°倾斜后的情况,给出了使隔水管恢复原状所需的拉力,计算结果与实际情况完全吻合,为实际操作提供了理论依据。
The characteristics of the riser in shallow sea are introduced. The transversal and lateral load-bearing ability of piles is analyzed by analyzing the friction force of different soil on piles. The riser and cement element is chosen as PIPE16, and the soil spring element as COMBIN39. The methods for adding boundary conditions and loads are given. An example is given, in which the riser in Well Kengdong 47 is calculated after the riser is bumped. The impact force and the restoring force are obtained. The calculated results are in good accord with the real results, which supply the theoretical support for the real operation.
