摘要
建立了以交通服务、游览服务、餐饮服务、住宿服务、娱乐服务和购物服务为指标的上海旅游服务系统,并构建了上海旅游服务系统的顾客满意度计算机仿真模型,基于蒙特卡洛方法,借助MATLAB软件及其Simulink仿真工具箱,对上海旅游服务系统的顾客满意度进行模拟和仿真,其结果对于上海发展旅游业具有一定参考作用。
To make an accurate assessment for the existing Shanghai tourism services, a system of the Shanghai tourism services was established including transport services, tour services, catering services, residential services, entertainment services and shopping services, and also a simulation model was built by using Monte-Carlo method and Simulink tool of MATLAB, to get the random result of TSCS1 which was the customer satisfaction index of tourism services system, offering some help to the development of Shanghai tourism industry.
