摘要
本文根据带隙基准电压源的温度补偿的原理,设计了一个具有一阶温度补偿的电路,并在此基础上提出了一种二阶温度补偿的方法,设计出一个低温度系数的基准电压源,对此进行Hspice仿真,结果表明其温度系数小于5ppm/℃.
According to the principle of band - gap reference, a first temperature compensation circuit has been designed. Based on the second temperature compensation, a low TC voltage reference has been designed, the Hspice simulation shows that the TC is low than 5ppm/℃.
