马来酸替加色罗的药理研究

摘要 马来酸替加色罗(Tegaserod Maleate)作为一种选择性5-羟色胺4受体(5-HT4)部分激动剂,通过激动胃肠道的5-HT4受体,刺激胃肠蠕动的反射和肠道分泌,对多种胃肠道功能性疾病均有一定的治疗作用.本文综合介绍马来酸替加色罗临床前药理及应用. Tegaserod Maleate, as a 5 - HT4 receptor partial agonist, accelerates gastric emptying and gastro-intestinal transit in healthy subjects and can be effective in curing gastro-intestestinal functionary diseases. The essay totally introduces the clinical pharmacology and its applications.
