摘要
我国铁路客运业迅速发展,火车快餐市场潜力巨大,但是铁路餐饮的质量及安全问题日益突出,研究现阶段旅客对火车快餐的看法,提出改革的设想,让铁路餐饮服务形成一种特色文化,吸引更多的旅客来消费真正物美价廉的"火车快餐",是铁路等相关部门和餐饮理论研究者共同关注的问题。
The rapid development of railway transport of passenger renders enormous market for train snack, but along with which dominating railway catering security and quality problems arise. Inquiry into public opinions about train snack put forward a tentative renovation plan, which may cultivate a stylistic culture in railway catering service and provide travelers with cheap and fine train snack, All these are supposed to arouse railway departments and catering theory researehers concerns.
