基于dSPACE的无刷直流电机控制器快速开发方法 被引量:5

摘要 通过把dSPACE半实物仿真系统与自主开发的通用驱动模块相结合,得到了通用性较高的无刷直流电机控制器开发平台PACM(a platform based on common actuated circuit and software MATLAB),并由此归纳出一套无刷直流电机控制器的快速开发方法。PACM的硬件部分是基于dSPACE实时仿真平台的通用BLDCM驱动模块,可以支持功率在3kW以下的三相BLDCM;软件部分是用MATLAB/Simulink建立的数字调节器模型,灵活地支持各种控制算法模型。以某跑步机三相无刷直流电机控制器的开发为例,运用该方法,快速地得到了满足控制需求的硬件电路以及控制软件代码。与传统开发方法相比,该方法能显著的缩短控制器的开发周期,降低开发成本。 A rapid development method on Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) controller was proposed. It is founded upon a platform based on common actuated circuit and software MATLAB (PACM). The hardware of PACM includes a common actuated circuit and dSPACE hardware set. The software of PACM is a series of regulating model architecture which is built by MATLAB/Simulink modeling tool. With the help of PACM, the necessary hardware design and controlling software codes can be gotten rapidly. Experiments validate the convenience and the efficiency by using this method to develop treadmill controller. Compared with traditional ways, the development time and cost can be reduced remarkably.
