面向CAD组件模型的多体系统虚拟原型实现技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对虚拟样机意义下的机械多体系统性能分析,研究开发了面向CAD集成建模与多体动力学仿真的虚拟原型D3MECHS。对比国产三维CAXA-CAD和SolidWorks-CAD,研究了直接从产品虚拟原型中的零件设计模型和装配模型获取多体系统物理性能属性和多体系统空间拓扑结构的理论和方法,提出工程分析模型EAM和CAD-OpenGL虚拟原型可视化和动态仿真算法,提出并实现完整的面向对象机械虚拟原型仿真框架。通过多体手册算例检验,表明D3MECHS实现方案的可行性。 To analyze the performance of multibody mechanical system at the preliminary design stage of virtual prototyping, virtual prototype D3MECHS oriented CAD component was developed which were integrated CAD model and multibody dynamics simulation. Comparing with 3D-CAD CAXA and SolidWorks, the principle and methods to extract geometrical and physical attributes and topological structure of multibody system from the tentative CAD model of parts and assembly design were researched. Engineering analysis model (EAM) and algorithm of virtual prototype visualization and simulation on CAD-OpenGL were proposed. Oriented-Object mechanical virtual prototype simulations architecture was proposed. Benchmark example from multibody handbook was verified. It proves that implement scheme of D3MECHS is valid.
